About the Internship
Interns are involved in real tasks that support education programmes, care services, community initiatives, documentation, and internal systems. The focus is on understanding how welfare organisations operate ethically and responsibly, not on visibility or titles.
Working here taught me to take ownership. I became more patient, organised, and learned that good work is often about quietly making sure things get done.
What stayed with me most was the people. The experience made me more understanding, responsible, and reminded me how much sincerity matters in the work we do.
I came here wanting to learn, but I also became more confident. Being trusted with real work made me feel that even as a student, I could genuinely contribute.
