Zuha Rashid Chaudhary

CEO of Waduha Welfare Organization (WWO)

Zuha Rashid Chaudhary founded Waduha Welfare Organization at the age of 19, guided by lived community experience and a deep sense of responsibility toward vulnerable children, women, and families. What began as personal service rooted in faith soon evolved into a structured humanitarian platform addressing education, child protection, emergency response, and long-term community care.

With a background in child psychology and special child development, Zuha brings a people-centred and trauma-informed perspective to Waduha’s work, ensuring that care extends beyond immediate relief toward dignity, emotional wellbeing, and sustainable futures. Her leadership reflects a balance of compassion and discipline, combining Islamic values with transparent governance and accountable systems.

Under her direction, Waduha has grown into a multi-program welfare organization grounded in community trust, ethical stewardship, and impact-driven delivery while remaining closely connected to the people it serves.
